Are you ready for 2050? Join the World Bank’s Utility of the Future Global Challenge TODAY!

WELCOME TO 2050: Water utilities are providing exceptional service to everyone and they are able to withstand whatever comes their way. That’s the ideal scenario in the future, right? Well, by joining the now launched World Bank’s Utility of the Future Global Challenge, you can work with a fictional water utility to help them reach their futuristic vision starting TODAY.

If you are under 30 years old, want to learn more about the water sector, and have insights into the types of situations that utilities encounter; join the challenge! If you are a seasoned water expert and want to apply your knowledge; join the challenge. Finally, if you have innovative ideas and know of cool technology that is helping deliver more efficient services, you should also join the challenge! What’s in it for you, you ask? Well, you get to LEARN! But we know some of you are a bit greedier. So, we offer you the chance to present your ideas at this year’s World Water Week taking place on August 23-27, and being immediately shortlisted for a World Bank internship to work with real water utilities. There are some other rewards as well!
